Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly competent and motivated individual to join our organization as the Sr.HR Specialist_Overseas HR. This role will primarily involve supporting HR operations for teams based in the United States, Mexico, and Europe while working from our headquarters in Jinan. The successful candidate must possess exceptional English language skills, enabling seamless communication with foreign colleagues. A strong willingness to learn and stay updated on local labor laws and regulations is essential to ensure compliance management.
Responsibilities:
1. Provide Remote HR Support: Act as the primary HR point of contact for our teams in the United States, Mexico, and Europe. Address and resolve all employee-related inquiries, issues, and concerns remotely in a timely manner, ensuring excellent support is provided.
2. Effective Communication: Utilize outstanding English language skills to engage with remote team members. Conduct regular check-ins, communicate changes in policies or procedures, and encourage open dialogue to foster a positive work environment.
3. Compliance Management: Stay updated on relevant labor laws, regulations, and employment practices in the countries where our overseas teams are located. Ensure HR policies and practices adhere to local legal requirements and best practices.
4. Performance Management: Collaborate with managers in overseeing performance management processes, including goal-setting, performance reviews, promotions, and terminations. Collaborate with local managers to improve performance and drive employee engagement.
5. Training and Development: Identify training needs within overseas teams and collaborate with the Learning and Development department to design and deliver appropriate training programs. Ensure employees have access to resources for personal and professional growth.
6. Employee Relations: Handle employee relations matters, such as disciplinary actions, grievances, and conflicts, in collaboration with local managers. P
